These terms govern purchases and downloads of software applications supplied by Jitronex Technologies Limited.
Payment must be successfully confirmed before a download link is issued. The application is delivered electronically to the email address entered during checkout.
The secure link permits one successful download and may expire after the period displayed in the purchase email. The customer is responsible for entering a valid and accessible email address.
A purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application according to its accompanying licence. The application may not be resold, redistributed, reverse engineered, or shared unlawfully.
Because the product is delivered digitally, refund eligibility may be limited after a successful download. Customers should contact Jitronex Technologies Limited when payment was duplicated, delivery failed, or the supplied file is defective.
Customers are responsible for checking stated system requirements. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue an application where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jitronex Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsupported environments, or unauthorised modification of the software.
These terms may be updated periodically. The terms presented at the time of purchase apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
